The acronym EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture in which the fingertips are used to tap and stimulate certain of the body’s energy meridian points while the client is tuned in to the problem (the negative emotion).

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) studies the structure of how humans think and experience the world. Obviously, the structure of something so subjective does not lend itself to precise, statistical formulae but instead leads to models of how these things work. From these models, techniques for quickly and effectively changing thoughts, behaviors and beliefs that limit you have been developed.

Hypnosis is optimally effective when the client is highly motivated to overcome a problem. All individuals are hypnotizable and everyone has the ability to allow themselves to benefit from hypnosis.

It is important to keep in mind that hypnosis is of major benefit to some clients with some problems, and it is helpful with many other clients. It is not the only modality we consider when addressing a client’s particular concern, or issue.

However, our Associates who practice EFT have taken the Gary Craig Training Course and are EFT-CC credentialed indicating such.
